Assembly Instructions:

• Remove old heater valve assembly from car.
• Take note of metal cap position in relation to inlet flange. (for reassembly)
• Drill cap locating rivet from old assy.
• Remove circlip and spacer.
• Twist cap slightly and remove complete with cable arm.
• Using original cap and arm reassemble on new components and rivet in correct position.
